Spiralizing. You’re heard of it right? When I changed to a gluten free diet I needed an alternative to pasta and at the time I wasn’t having any luck with finding gluten free “traditional” pasta that tasted good and had a good texture.

Hello spiralizer! The solution to my no-pasta dilemma. Endless recipe possibilities with some of my favorite fruits and veggies. I have since found a really good gluten free traditional pasta that I love, but whenever it fits the recipe I’ll choose spiralized noodles instead.
